The structure of our high-performance ball spline combines a spline shaft, a nut equipped with balls, and a sophisticated ball return mechanism featuring elements like return tubes or caps.

Unique Advantages:

Smooth Torque Transmission: The ball spline's design allows the balls installed in the outer cylinder of the spline shaft to roll effortlessly within the precision-ground rolling groove, ensuring seamless torque transmission. The innovative contact point design, accompanied by a 40° contact angle, not only enables high-sensitivity operations but also substantially boosts the load-bearing capacity. This means that even under challenging conditions, the Ball Splines can maintain stable performance.

2. Reliable Ball Circulation: The ball spline is designed with 3 rows of load-bearing steel balls on the outer diameter of the spline shaft, following a Gothic design. This allows the 3 rows of steel balls to simultaneously bear both clockwise and counterclockwise torque, enhancing both service life and rigidity. Each row of steel balls continuously circulates through a special circulator in the spline cap. Notably, even if the spline shaft is removed from the spline cap, the steel balls remain securely in place.

1. Customizable Precision: We offer lead accuracy levels of N, H, and P, with the splines being standardized. Customers can specifically request the customized design according to their project needs. Additionally, the ball nuts are available with light preload as standard（P1), but the preload value can be adjusted to zero (P0) or a heavier setting (P2).
